Article 6Commercial Introductions and Financial Partners

6.1MCP operates as an independent commercial intermediary, introducing business clients to regulated financial institutions offering foreign exchange, international payments, treasury solutions and other financial products.

7.5Clients accessing an external financial platform may be subject to the privacy policy, terms of use and data processing arrangements of the relevant Financial Partner.
